Job Description

One of our customers is looking to fill a REMOTE offshore role for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator. This is a new BAU role to support a new application that was recently deployed. This person should have experience with the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) in the ServiceNow Portal. They will spend the majority of their day managing hands-on integrations, troubleshooting tickets and working with end users and stakeholders. They will be a part of a global team supporting a userbase of 1,000s.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Portal Experience 
2+ years of experience with updating UI pages 
2+ years of experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) in the ServiceNow Portal, specifically with timecard management and resource allocation at a minimum
Experience with integrations and the ability to implement integrations in APIs in ServiceNow (REST, 3rd party integration layer, file imports, etc.)
Operational support experience- managing tickets, troubleshooting, working with end users and stakeholders 
Experience with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with ServiceNow scripting like JavaScript/Glide, Business Rules, etc.
Strong communication skills
