- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not required.
