Job Description
An employer is looking for a high-performing Clinical Manager who combines operational leadership with hands-on clinical capability. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager with a Medical Assistant (MA) certificate and functional medicine experience (preferred but
not required). This role blends leadership, patient-flow optimization, staff support, and
outcome-driven performance management. You will oversee daily clinical operations, support patient care activities, and ensure the clinic consistently delivers an exceptional patient experience.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure 15–22 patients/day are seen smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain patient flow so visits typically finish in under 60 minutes.
• Support staff with MA-level tasks (vitals, rooming, labs, procedures).
• Lead patient experience initiatives to generate 100 new 5‑star reviews in 12 months.
• Partner with billing to maintain 85% reimbursement within 30 days.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory boards and standards.
• Grow functional medicine and cash-pay visits to 10–12 per month.

Required Skills & Experience
• Medical Assistant certification required
• Clinical management experience (2–5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, and clinic operations.
• Familiarity with billing workflows, insurance processes, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Functional medicine experience strongly preferred
