We are looking for a specialist to help administer and manage construction packages and work closely with Construction Managers and Field Engineers. This work will be supporting the largest utility company on the west coast. In this scope you will be entering information into Excel and SAP related to work functions and updates happening in the field. This could be related to specific equipment ordered, AFWs being submitted for jobs to be performed safely, to also supporting financial controls within the projects.
We need this person to help with data entry in DPM, submit work authorizations and draft them for each vendor. There is about 50-150 projects per week and half which they could have half of them with RFI's. Some of these RFI's are focused on system hardening, pole and maintenance tags as well as undergrounding. The RFI's could be for new work or existing work. For example, if a contractor took four hours to dig for a pole, they had to bring in special piece of equipment and then we are adding more spend to the original quote. We need you to look at those details and ensure the forecast and billing are accurate. We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.

- 1-5 years of clerical / administrative / analytical support
- Experience working with Excel (V Look Ups, pivot tables, etc)
- Experience and understanding of construction management lifecycle (how projects run)
- Experience with data entry, scheduling and working with vendors
- Excellent oral and written communication
