Job Description

As a Senior T&M Billing Specialist, you'll spend about 70% of your time on Time & Materials billing, 25% helping Project Managers with cost research and code setup, and catching issues early to resolve them efficiently. The remaining 5% will be spent on various other accounting tasks.
Compensation:
$__33__/hr to $__38___/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Over 6 years of experience in billing or accounting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
A proactive self-starter who can lead initiatives and follow through on commitments.
Consistent and reliable attendance.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with project managers, customers, colleagues, and executives.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with character-based software, JD Edwards (ERP), or Profitool is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience with PDF form filler software.
