Insight Global is seeking a skilled Safety Technician for Bayer. This individual will work to maintain and oversee the companys safety programs. This includes reviewing and revising safety programs, engaging with employees to ensure adherence to safety protocols, and managing multiple safety programs simultaneously. San Juan Bautista, CA / 5 days on-site (7AM-4PM)

3-5 years of experience in a generalist safety technician role, with exposure to various industries
Proven ability to manage multiple safety programs simultaneously.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: hazard communication, hazardous waste management, agriculture, emergency response.
Strong familiarity with safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to providing regular updates.
Experience supporting an entire organization or division in their safety department (previous safety tech managed safety for a zoo).
No specific degree required, but a degree in safety or a related field is highly preferred.
EMT training is a significant plus.
