Lyra is recruiting an experienced Workday System Consultant to assist and manage the daily operation of Workday internationally. Reporting into the Senior People Systems Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the company's international projects and administrative tasks.
We are looking for an organized individual with global Workday experience to help support us as we continue to transition. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and operate as the primary point of contact for all international HRBPs.
Responsibilities
You will meet with LHI team (global HRBPs) to scope out and receive all of the
requirements/needs that the local entities need
As a People Systems Consultant, you will provide timely responses to internal
stakeholders
You will be responsible for system optimizations and assisting with international
ACM/Performance configuration
You will own all tier 1 and tier 2 international ticketing
You will be responsible for ticket management (report creation, security, navigation
questions etc.), testing, system optimization assistance and implementation assistance.
As a People Systems Consultant you will be a key point of contact for security issues in
WD
You will play a key role as an administrator in all future implemented people systems
which will be owned by the People Systems Team
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to complete projects
Partnership with the People Systems team regarding global projects and priorities
