Visual Product Designer (Video Streaming)

We are seeking a creative Visual Product Designer with exceptional visual design and motion sensibility to reimagine an on-demand video streaming experience—similar to Netflix, Hulu, and Google TV. This role involves leading and executing the redesign of a sleek, visually compelling desktop and web app focused on rich motion, modern UI polish, and seamless interaction flow:

• Redesign the end-to-end video streaming interface for desktop and web platforms.
• Develop pixel-perfect visual layouts, typography systems, and component libraries.
• Design micro-interactions, screen transitions, and animated app-launch sequences (e.g., Netflix-style intro).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure production-ready assets and motion specs.
• Deliver Figma or Protopie prototypes showcasing animation, transitions, and responsive behavior.
• Ensure smooth channel-switching transitions and intuitive categorization of content and schedules.

• Prior work on entertainment or streaming-media apps (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, YouTubeTV, Apple TV).
• Strong visual and motion design portfolio showcasing shipped products or high-fidelity prototypes.
o Strong aesthetic visual design portfolio required*
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Principle, or equivalent motion-design tools.
• Motion & Microinteractions: Ability to design screen transitions, animated sequences, and cinematic UI experiences.
• Deep understanding of modern design systems, interaction principles, and user delight.

• Familiarity with Protopie for interactive prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams for motion implementation.
• Strong sense of brand expression and ability to balance aesthetics with usability.
