Job Description
We are seeking Technical Program Managers with a strong foundation in networking and software‑driven programs to support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives for one of Insight Global’s largest networking clients. In this role, the TPM will partner closely with engineering, product management, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive the design and delivery of products built for data center service providers.
This position requires a hands‑on program leader—not a passive coordinator—who can proactively own complex initiatives end‑to‑end and push programs from concept through execution. The TPM will oversee and guide teams developing new software products that run on large‑scale networking routers and switches, ensuring alignment across hardware, software, and platform roadmaps.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, leading cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies, and driving accountability to deliver high‑impact networking solutions at scale.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
