As an Entry-Level Thermal Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the thermal reliability and performance of innovative products before they hit the market. Youll conduct thermal testing, analyze data, and collaborate with design teams to optimize cooling solutions and address thermal challenges. Using advanced tools like thermal imaging, simulation software, and data analysis programs, you will validate prototypes, support design improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to groundbreaking product development.
Responsibilities will include:
-Collect and organize thermal test data.
-Manage and integrate thermal hardware components.
-Perform brief analyses to identify performance issues.
-Conduct thermal evaluations, including acoustic tests, wind tunnel tests, imaging equipment assessments, and environmental tests (humidity, temperature).
-Write simple scripts in Unix for automation or data handling.
-Analyze test results using spreadsheets or Excel.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Thermal Engineering (or related field)
-Understanding of thermal systems, heat transfer, and thermal engineering (fans, heatsinks, thermal materials)
-Experience with wind tunnels, acoustic tests, thermocouples, and thermal imaging equipment
-Experience with Liquid Cooling testing
-Basic coding skills (Unix, Python, MATLAB) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
-Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and debug with guidance from lead engineers
-Ability to juggle multiple tasks and compile data into clear, readable reports
-Good communication skills and responsibility in completing assigned tasks
