Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst to lead and manage multiple analytics initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with GCP, data visualization, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Onboard all analytics efforts onto the Jira platform and maintain proper tracking across all functional areas.
- Develop and maintain GCP cost reporting across the portfolio and at the project level.
- Ensure all existing products are integrated with Data Lineage, Data Catalogue, and Data Quality tools in a way that is usable by business users.
- Build and maintain business dashboards for DASH (Credit Bureau Data) and CRAFT (Internal Credit Data).
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to resolve business questions or investigate anomalies.
- Perform data analysis on current solutions and products to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and help implement data-driven solutions to optimize business operations and strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and dashboard development.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and scripts for data analysis and transformation.
- Strong understanding of GCP services and cost management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with data governance tools and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with credit bureau data (e.g., DASH) and internal credit systems (e.g., CRAFT).
- Experience integrating data products with Data Lineage, Data Catalogue, and Data Quality platforms.
