What Youll Do:
Support file implementation and ongoing support for customers include eligibility and utilization files as well as ad hoc file requests
Manage functions related to annual benefit change updates for current customers working closely with Customer Success Managers to support customer questions
Enter and update information in SalesForce and Gainsight related to customer configuration, file, and health plan changes
Support Accumulator file process for customers and health plans as needed
Assist with technical integration and implementation work including reviewing eligibility test and production files, running eligibility tests with health plans, collecting information to support claims testing, and working with Implementation team to gather information needed
Take on other tasks related to CS Solutions and support Quality Assurance as needed
Leave vendors and Lyra customers supported and delighted after every interaction so they continue to promote Lyra to all of their customers, expand Lyras footprint and renew with Lyra annually

Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience with health plan (s) or health-related vendor (s)
2+ years of experience working at a health plan or managing payor, vendor or customer relationships
Familiarity with the technical aspects of file delivery
Experience working in a high-growth, fast paced environment
Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
Excellent listening and communication skills - both oral and written with an emphasis on gaining trust and credibility, building relationships at all organizational levels
Ability to solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to build processes that can scale
Experience working with customers, implementing digital products/services including coordination with health plans
Passion for working in collaboration across internal teams, both leading and supporting multiple stakeholders
