Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experience Senior Product Marketing Manager to join a growing ecommerce and SaaS company sitting onsite in San Jose, CA.

In this role, the PMM will support a SaaS product portfolio, building to product marketing strategy from the ground up. This product portfolio was launched in full about 6 months ago, so a big focus of this role is on acquisition and converting that acquisition to activation. To be successful in this role, it's imperative that this individual has experience executing marketing strategy for an early-stage SaaS product.

Day to day responsibilities are as follows:
- Define SaaS product market position against competitors
- Craft product positioning and messaging for a portfolio of ~10 SaaS product apps
- Develop marketing content for each product in partnership with supporting internal creative teams
- Lead GTM process for new product/feature launches
- Collaborate internally with global teams
- Serve as the voice of customer through conducting customer interviews and gathering feedback
- Deliver product analysis to identify areas of optimization across user flow and conversions
- Coordinate with SEO teams to maximize organic traffic

The above is a general scope of the role, but the key immediate focuses in this position are maintaining priority on customer acquisition, improving product roadmaps via customer feedback, and aligning internal teams to tell the right product story.

This is a full-time, permanent position with comprehensive benefits, discretionary PTO, and competitive salary starting at $100k/year.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the SaaS space
- Prior experience growing new products from scratch (0 to 1)
- Strong generalist experience with a focus on product GTM strategy, content, and voice of customer
- Experience and understanding of how to use AI in both marketing and product development
- Experience in a KPI-driven environment
- Commitment to working onsite 5 days per week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior experience on a global, asynchronous team
- Experience managing SEO/SEM
