Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer in San Jose, CA. This position will be 3-5 days a week onsite. You will be owning test plans for new products, including sample testing and full qualification prior to volume production release. You will perform reliability risk assessments of IC products, packages, and process technology. In addition you will coordinate reliability testing for internal/external laboratories. A strong candidate will have experience supporting High power Burn IN, biased HAST and ESSD/LU brin g-up and debug for reliability qualification and evaluation. Lastly you will analyze reliability results, device parameter trends and issue internal and external product qualification reports.
A hourly rate expectation is from $65-$80/hr

Required Skills & Experience
•5+ years’ experience in Semi IC engineering
•Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing process, IC, CPU, or GPU test methodologies, device reliability, silicon/package fail mechanisms and symptoms.
•Work experience on Accelerated Life Testing, reliability estimation for semiconductor components and modules, and reliability testing.
•Statistical data analysis, ATE test data interpretation, device level electrical characterization, and IC failure analysis.
•Proficient in Issue tracking and Project Management tools such as Jira/Confluence/Monday.com
•MSEE (or higher) in Electrical Engineering.
