Job Description
This FInTech company is seeking a junior, execution‑focused Project Manager to support cross‑functional teams by driving process hygiene, ticket management, and end‑to‑end project execution across the product development lifecycle. This is a horizontal role that partners closely with PMO, Product, and Engineering teams to bring structure, clarity, and operational efficiency to a large volume of ongoing work.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career (including new graduates) who is highly organized, AI‑forward, and comfortable running with clearly defined work in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner cross‑functionally with PMO, Product, and Engineering teams to guide best practices across the end‑to‑end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
Drive project and Jira hygiene, including intake, tracking, prioritization, and status management for a large backlog of Jira tickets
Support the creation and maintenance of product and project documentation, including PDLC artifacts and process documentation
Help design and implement an acceptance model in partnership with Product leadership
Run queries, track project statuses, and provide clear visibility into work in flight
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to improve delivery, visibility, and team effectiveness
Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency
Manage one or more non‑technical, cross‑functional projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints
Coordinate with stakeholders and regularly communicate progress, risks, and dependencies

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
Some level of Project or Program Management experience (internships or academic project work accepted)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute against prescriptive guidance
Experience (or strong interest) in working with Jira and ticket‑based workflows
Comfortable running queries, tracking metrics, and following up on statuses
Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to operate independently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to product or product operations environments
Familiarity with PDLC concepts and documentation
Strong interest in AI tools and automation to improve productivity
Experience working across multiple teams or functions
