Job Description

In this role, the Project Manager will oversee and drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives within the MedTech Supply Chain team. On a daily basis, they will lead collaborative efforts across engineering, regulatory, clinical, quality, and operations teams to ensure alignment and progress toward project milestones. They will manage detailed project plans, monitor timelines and budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. The Project Manager will facilitate team meetings, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with J&Js design control and product development processes. They will regularly communicate updates to stakeholders, prepare dashboards and reports, and support decision-making by presenting clear insights and recommendations. Additionally, they will contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with early-stage R&D and feasibility studies.
Familiarity with MedTech innovation and/or surgical robotics
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
