We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our operational and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process optimization, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change across the organization. Candidates with a strong telecom or ISP understanding will be major standouts for this role. Looking to pay candidates $40-43hr:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
-Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
-Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process maps.
-Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
-Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Focus on standardizing operational actions and managing high-volume work.
-Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
-Support full operations teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Address areas that are often overlooked, such as facilities, OSP (Outside Plant), build-outs, and huts.
