Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Financial Services team at a Fortune 500 FinTech Company, you will be responsible for strategically designing new capabilities and scaling products that impact millions of consumers daily. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and execute a product roadmap, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, and balancing customer needs with business requirements and compliance considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Legal, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to design solutions that transform complex regulatory mandates into clear, scalable metrics reporting products and processes.
Identify, experiment with, and iterate on new features and initiatives by leveraging usability testing, data insights, and market research. Define and evaluate critical performance metrics to guide and support product decisions.
Utilize A/B testing, analytics, competitive analysis, usability studies, and market research to drive data-informed decisions.
Own and drive the roadmap for key product experiences, ensuring that regulatory and compliance needs are fully addressed.
Translate legal and policy requirements into functional product and data specifications.
Collaborate with Legal and Data teams to determine required data, devise optimal data structures, and define how data is surfaced for reporting.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product requirements, engineering estimates, and delivery timelines.
Oversee the implementation of reporting pipelines, dashboards, and publication workflows, ensuring accurate and timely external reporting.
Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to guarantee the integrity, reliability, and clarity of data used in regulatory reporting.
Prepare presentations and updates for senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and audit partners.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of product management experience, ideally linked to data analytics, regulatory compliance, transparency reporting, or trust & safety.
Broad-based knowledge of U.S. and global banking regulations, with a proven record of advising on multifaceted regulatory issues.
Demonstrated success in building and launching data products, dashboards, or reporting systems.
Proven ability to translate complex legal or regulatory requirements into workable technical product specifications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong documentation and stakeholder presentation capabilities.
History of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Engineering, Policy, and Analytics.
Familiarity with compliance reporting, metrics tracking, and external audit requirements is a plus.
