Part Time Communications Specialist

This individual will be joining our client's networking marketing organization, to help on a project-basis to write up customer wins into a one-pager from a template. They will be working with various internal stakeholders to learn more about their win, pulling the best relevant data to visualize that win for other members in the team to learn from. They will mainly be executing on existing templates that might be in PPT or Canva, but having the ability to work with these tools as needed would be helpful. They will be working on multiple wins at a time, and need to be able to multi-task those conversations and responsibilities on a remote-basis, hours ebbing and flowing between 10-20 hours/week depending on demand. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to increase in demand to a FTE contractor head-count, but will be starting on a project/part-time basis for now.

Strong writing/copywriting experience
Customer success experience, ideally b2b experience
Technical familiarity, ideally with Networking/Data Center terms
- Ability to adopt some basic terminology to understand what our customers/sales teams are looking for
Comfortability multi-tasking working with multiple groups and multiple projects in parallel

- Prior experience writing up customer wins
- Networking/Data Center focused marketing/communications specialty
