We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our Risk and Merchant team, focusing on building and enhancing systems that support credit processes, identity verification, and merchant onboarding. This role involves working closely with strategy partners and product teams to deliver innovative solutions in the credit and risk domain.

Required Skills & Experience
-Strong Java development experience (Java 8+ preferred)
-Proven experience with API design and integration (RESTful services)
-Solid understanding of credit and risk processes or financial services domain
-Experience working in microservices architecture
-Familiarity with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
-Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
-Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Strategy, Risk)
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Knowledge of identity verification systems
Exposure to merchant onboarding workflows
Understanding of security and compliance standards in financial services
