Job Summary:
Working with all engineering leaders within information security, partnering with other engineering team, cloud engineer, network eng for helping deploy tools/applications. They have new things to onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support Team Priorities: Assist the team by keeping track of tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure that priorities are clear, and deadlines are met.
· Team Coordination: Act as a point of contact between team members to ensure smooth communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
· Progress Tracking: Help track the status of ongoing initiatives, ensuring key tasks are progressing as planned and highlighting any potential delays.
· Task Organization: Maintain and update task lists, project timelines, and schedules to ensure the team is organized and on track to meet service delivery goals.
· Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with other domains, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress, issues, or changes.
· Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and escalate any issues or obstacles affecting the teams ability to execute on their priorities, working to find solutions or necessary support.
· Documentation: Keep detailed records of meetings, task progress, and relevant service delivery materials to ensure everyone has access to the necessary information.
· Process Improvement: Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvement to help streamline workflows and increase overall team effectiveness.

· 7+ years Previous experience in project/program management, preferably within a service delivery or operational environment.
· Previous MnA- 3+ mna previously (1 enterprise level MnA), previous budget they've managed 3million dollars (1 info sec or cyber security)
· Previously ran programs that are cybersecurity and information security
· Technical skill: engineering deployment bg: vulnubalrity scnanningng, application security tools (CICD), dynamic analysis/static analysis, cryptography, cloud native security-"CSPM", IAM-SSO, standing up longing (standing up SPLUNK)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively coordinate across teams.
· Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.
· Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
