Job Description
We are looking for a talented and independent Data Analyst to join the Credit Risk Strategy
team. The analyst will be play a key horizontal role for the team by helping reshape data
infrastructure and reporting dashboards to greatly optimize the work of the overall team. This
position requires a person who has strong experience in SQL, data modeling, and visualization,
with the ability to work independently to solve complex business challenges

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Analytics
Engineering (Fintech preferred).
Strong proficiency in SQL is required.
Experience with dbt and creating structured data models (semantic layers) is highly
desirable.
Ability to clearly communicate complex results via Data Visualization (Tableau
expertise preferred).
Comfortable with ambiguity; able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals
without hand-holding.
