Job Description

The Sales Learning & Effectiveness team at this company is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Designer to support the design, development, and maintenance of sales enablement materials for our global sales organization. This role focuses on creating compelling content and optimizing digital resources to accelerate sales readiness and effectiveness—particularly through our Sales Play program, bill of materials (BoM) toolkit, and sales learning platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Create and refine presentation decks, infosheets, talking points, and other supporting materials for Sales Play launches and ongoing enablement.
- Ensure materials are visually appealing, succinct, and aligned with PayPal’s brand and messaging guidelines.
- Design and maintain pages, navigation flows, and visual layouts for Seismic Hub to improve usability and content discoverability.
- Partner with BrandHQ and through-partner training teams to ensure content is easy to locate, up-to-date, and relevant.
- Standardize internal decks and documents to ensure consistent formatting, style, and compliance with brand standards.
- Develop and apply content templates, icons, and style guides for the Sales Learning & Effectiveness team.
- Compose and develop written and graphical content for internal sales enablement sites and partner portals.
- Monitor trends in content usability, design, and learner engagement to continuously improve user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and training teams to gather accurate information and integrate updates.
- Assist in creating, formatting, and publishing partner-facing training content aligned with sales play messaging.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content design, marketing communications, or sales enablement support.
- Strong skills in presentation design (PowerPoint), graphic layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with sales enablement platforms (Seismic preferred) and basic web content management systems.
- Ability to translate complex product information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging sales materials.
- Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for consistency in branding, messaging, and formatting.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with Seismic, BrandHQ, and partner training environments.
- Familiarity with internal sales enablement tools and portals.
- Understanding of trends in digital content usability and learner engagement.
