Job Description:
Lead rapid root cause investigations for failures from product testing, manufacturing, and field operations.
Diagnose failures at component and system levels; develop and execute detailed failure analysis plans.
Write clear, concise, and actionable failure analysis reports for cross-functional teams.
Communicate results and recommendations to engineering, manufacturing, and leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with hardware design experience
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
Experience with Cadence Allegro or similar PCB layout tools
Proficient in hand soldering small surface mount and thru-hole components (microscope use as needed)
Experience with electronics troubleshooting, repair, and testing
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, and electronic loads
Python or other automation testing language experience
