This Commercial Analyst will join a team focused in business optimization and customer experience. This is a crucial role that helps the company make informed decisions regarding business operations' continued improvement. This will begin as a 6-month contract until the end of 2025 with potential for extensions and/or permanent employment. This person should be analytical with communication and writing abilities. They will work cross-functionally with internal teams to collaborate and stay close to defined business requirements. This will be fully remote. Much of the team sits in CA, so flexibility to work during PST hours should be expected.
Duties include:
Understand the Customer and Market: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Stay informed about product capabilities, legal requirements, and financial system constraints to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
Define Strategic Priorities: Collaborate closely with customers to gather insights and feedback, using this information to define strategic priorities that will inform and shape the product roadmap. Ensure that customer needs are at the forefront of all strategic decisions.
Partner and Collaborate: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including product teams, legal, finance, and other key departments. Foster a collaborative environment to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Operational Execution: Ensure end-to-end execution across functions is customer-centric, including sales, marketing, pricing, finance, product, integration, partnerships, and customer support. Drive operational excellence to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Pay will vary based upon candidates' individual relevant experience across a range of $35.00-$38.32, plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, commuter benefits, and free mental health counseling.
