Job Description

Our client is an established and rapidly growing Investment Advisory Firm in search of an individual who is interested in developing their skill set and advancing their career.
Our firm provides a unique learning environment for all employees. We focus on education and training in the areas of FactSet technology, Bloomberg research and Morningstar Direct technologies. Our client also provide continuous training in compliance processes.
As a key contributor, you will receive significant support from a well-established team and get focused training on client relations, portfolio operations and analysis.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Provide high level of service to sophisticated clients
• Process new account, close, transfer and other paperwork for new and existing clients
• Prepare and process trade and other client transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with client meetings by providing performance and attribution reports and client investment information
• Client meeting documentation
• Maintain and manage client documentation including confidential legal, financial, and correspondence files
• Maintain and perform regulatory compliance tasks per the firm compliance manual
• Provide updates at least weekly of pipeline progress and client portfolio needs
• Rapid response and monitoring of client emails
• Process client transactions in a timely manner
• Client scheduling and meeting tracking
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of client portfolio accounts and reconcile with custodial records/information

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience required in the Financial Services Industry; ideally in an asset or wealth management firm, brokerage firm or banking
• BS or BA degree required; Series 65 a plus
• RIA strongly preferred
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Experience using Black Diamond, Morningstar desired but training provided
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Fidelity and Schwab custodial platforms a plus
