Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager to drive adoption of key
technology and security platforms across the organization. This role focuses on change
strategy, communications, and user enablement, helping employees understand what is
changing, why it matters, and how to adopt new tools effectively.
The Change Manager partners closely with project managers, technical teams, and
security stakeholders but does not own delivery timelines or implementation. Instead, this
role owns readiness, training, documentation, office hours, and ongoing adoption support
before, during, and after launches, while reinforcing a strong culture of security across the
organization.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in change management, ideally involving technology or
security-driven projects.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated talent in creating engaging user enablement materials and leading
training sessions.
• Strong organizational acumen and attention to detail.
• Experience driving change and adoption across large-scale enterprise collaboration
and security tools.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
• Drive impactful change and foster technology adoption across the organization
