Job Description
- Collaborate with the Identity Governance and Administration product owner and tech lead to implement the identity data platform vision and strategy.
- Design and build end-to-end data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric to ingest identity and access data from diverse sources including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SaaS applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Develop microservices and APIs using Java Spring Boot for identity data orchestration, transformation, and custom processing logic.
- Create Python-based data transformation scripts and ETL processes to normalize, enrich, and ensure quality of identity and access data.
- Identify opportunities to optimize identity data pipeline performance, diagnose data integration issues, and research solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and team members about identity data architecture and design decisions.
- Manage multiple identity data integration projects and priorities within a results-driven team environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 5+ years of Java development, primarily with Spring Boot
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Synapse, Data Warehouse)
• Strong Python skills for data processing, ETL, and automation
• Proven experience building data ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, incremental)
• Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals including SQL, data modeling, cloud storage
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Identity & Access data
o Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SaaS identity sources
• Microservices & API development (REST, event driven architectures)
• Containerization and orchestration:
o Docker, AKS, Kubernetes
• Messaging and streaming platforms:
o Event Hub, Service Bus, Kafka
• CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Background in security, identity governance, or access analytics
