Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Air Vehicle Coordinator to sit onsite at an Aerospace client in Santa Clara, CA. This person would support the hardware engineering team by managing Jira/Google Suite task tracking, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining deliverables. The coordinator handles reporting and documentation, gathers progress updates, surfaces roadblocks, organizes meeting agendas, captures action items, and escalates at‑risk tasks to the Program Manager.
(This role can pay $40-45 based on years of experience)

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar action/ticket tracking system
• Google suite experience (spreadsheets, slides, documents)
• Previous project coordination experience
• Strong communication skills
•Deliverable tracking and documentation experience

• Technical CAD exposure
