Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Accounting/Finance Analyst for a leading company in the Fintech space. This analyst will sit onsite in San Jose 3 days a week. This role requires a strong accounting background, automating manual journal entries, and utilizing ERP systems.
-Perform end-to-end manual journal entries, including automation-related calculations
-Identify and resolve account mapping discrepancies
-Work closely with the CFO and Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
-Utilize ERP systems (SAP) and Blackline for reconciliation and reporting

Required Skills & Experience
-8–10 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 years acceptable with strong skills)
-Strong accounting background required
-Hands-on experience with manual journal entries
-Ability to troubleshoot and correct account mapping errors
-Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with Blackline
