Technical Product Designer

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Product Designer to join a card services startup who thrives at the intersection of design and front‑end implementation. In this hybrid role, you will design new digital features for our credit card platform, including a new, secure client login portal specifically for agency partners, and help bring those designs to life in collaboration with engineering.

You will use Figma to create user flows, UI components, and prototypes, while also contributing directly to the front‑end implementation of your designs. You don’t need to be a full software engineer, but you should be comfortable working in code, collaborating with developers, and ensuring designs are technically feasible and translated accurately into production.

This is an opportunity to shape user experiences that serve the clients customers and high‑value agency clients, while working closely with product, and engineering team.

Strong UI/UX design skills with expert proficiency in Figma, including component systems and prototyping.
Ability to implement designs in front‑end code with React.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints, design tokens, and accessibility (WCAG).
Demonstrated ability to design and optimize secure login flows, dashboards, or enterprise web interfaces.
Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to accelerate workflow, exploration, and front‑end implementation.
A portfolio showcasing both design craft and hands-on technical execution.
