Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Accounting Manager to support equity accounting, SEC reporting, proxy disclosures, and related audit and compliance activities. This individual will play a critical role during quarter-end close and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all equity-related financial reporting requirements.

This position requires strong expertise in ASC 718, hands-on equity accounting experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced public company environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 718 (Stock Compensation Accounting).
- Hands-on experience with EQUITY accounting in a public company environment.
- Experience supporting SEC reporting and financial statement disclosures.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous external audit experience.
- Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting proxy statement preparation and equity-related disclosures.
