Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Salesforce developer with at least 5 years of experience touching code in a Salesforce environment. This person should be proficient in Salesforce coding languages/architecture such as APEX coding, LWC, Lightning, and VisualForce. This person with be a technical resource that will be walking through Superbadges pre-release to ensure that the information within the Superbadge relating to coding is accurate, makes logical sense, and is conveyed in a way that would make sense to those taking the Superbadge. This person will be working closely with the testing team to ensure that all code related information is accurate, suggesting changes to the superbadges themselves to improve clarity, ensuring proper validation, and helping with overall article content.

Superbadge Explanation: A superbadge in Salesforce is a skill-based credential that allows you to demonstrate your expertise by solving complex, real-world business problems using Salesforce tools and features. Here are some key points about superbadges:
1. Hands-on Challenges: Superbadges involve practical, hands-on tasks that require you to apply your Salesforce knowledge to real-world scenarios. This helps you prove your proficiency in specific domains, such as process automation, app customization, or security
2. Recognition: Earning a superbadge gives you global recognition as a Salesforce specialist. It showcases your ability to implement best practices and handle the latest rollouts and releases
3. Career Advancement: Superbadges can boost your career options by making you stand out to employers. They are a trusted measure of your skills and can be highlighted on your resume and Trailblazer profile
4. Super Sets: Superbadges can be grouped into Super Sets, which are collections of superbadges that test your knowledge within a specific domain. Completing a Super Set can prepare you for deeper dives into key concepts or for Salesforce certification

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ of Salesforce Development, at least 3 years within a professional setting
- APEX coding, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce
- Experience with Trailhead and Superbadges

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PD2 certification
- Agentforce Specialist certification
