Job Description

An employer in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Sr. Electrical Project Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for overseeing high voltage electrical construction projects for BART from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Will be managing process beginning to end from the construction and integration of incoming power from the electric grid to the construction of the electric system out to the feed branch panels, lighting and fire alarms. Will be using Oracle and Accubid for budgeting. This role will sit 5 days a week at the construction site.

Required Skills & Experience

- Must have managed projects ranging from $15-20MM
- 10-15+ years electrical construction project management experience in the mid or high voltage sector.
- Must be willing to be onsite 5 days/week at the construction worksite
- Must be able to read a single-line diagram (SLD) and understand how it feeds throughout the electrical system
- Must know how to take construction estimates and turn into a budget.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience managing projects for public spaces such as airports, BART, hospitals, stadiums etc.
-Construction Management, PE or PMP certified
- Oracle or Accubid software experience
