Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Electrical Project Management Experience
Proven ability to manage full cycle, ground up electrical construction projects autonomously with minimal oversight.
Experience managing multiple $20+ mm construction projects
Experience managing full ownership of project financials, including budgeting from estimates and ongoing cost management.
Proficiency in labor forecasting and logistics planning.
Experience coordinating with external public agencies and stakeholders.
Technical Expertise in Electrical Systems
Experience identifying discrepancies in large switchgear packages relative to technical specifications.
Proficiency in understanding how gear packages are assembled and integrated into broader systems.
Experience evaluating submittals for compliance and assessing the impact of design or procurement issues.
Experience with Specification-Driven Projects
Direct experience managing projects governed by full plans and specifications.
Familiarity with the requirements and processes in one or multiple of the following sectors:
Public utilities
Public works
Airports
Wastewater treatment facilities
Transit infrastructure
High-rise residential construction
