Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a leader in tech industry. The ideal candidate will be experienced at turning raw data from past research and surveys into compelling stories. You'll be responsible for digging into survey responses and research findings to uncover key trends and create clear, insightful visualizations like charts and graphs. Your work will directly support our strategic decisions and help us better understand our market and audience. This role will also require the ability to flex and support small-scale Salesforce implementation projects, so experience in business analysis and system implementation is a key element of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources, including surveys, market research, and past studies.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
- Create compelling data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support small-scale Salesforce projects by collaborating with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear, detailed requirements.
- Document and communicate business requirements to technical teams (system administrators and developers) and validate solutions against business needs.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support to ensure a positive user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Expert-level proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Expert-level knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, including an understanding of how the platform solves business problems.
- Hands on experience supporting data related to sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, etc
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with survey data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Experience in business analysis, including capturing requirements and working with technical teams.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
