Job Description

Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, and similar initiatives. This role manages projects with a defined beginning and end, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Define project requirements and perform feasibility and impact assessments.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate work between IT staff and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Manage implementation processes such as:

Progress tracking and reporting.
Monitoring change control processes.
Conducting testing and quality assurance.
Overseeing documentation and training.


Ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Handle multiple projects varying in size and complexity.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing IT projects (network, server, software upgrades, PC deployments).
Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Ability to perform feasibility studies and impact assessments.
Familiarity with change control processes and testing methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and documentation practices.
