Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution design, architecture, and implementation to serve as the overall solution lead for a strategic customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for defining the end-to-end Marketing Cloud vision, leading architecture and design decisions, and guiding the successful implementation of enterprise-scale marketing technology solutions.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience delivering complex Marketing Cloud programs, integrating customer data across platforms, designing omnichannel customer journeys, and aligning business objectives with scalable technical solutions. As the lead architect, this resource will provide strategic guidance to stakeholders, oversee delivery teams, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience
-8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation experience.
-Proven experience serving as a Solution Architect or Lead -Architect on enterprise Marketing Cloud engagements.
-Deep expertise in Marketing Cloud solution design, implementation, and optimization.
-Experience architecting large-scale customer engagement and digital marketing ecosystems.
-Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration.
-Experience with API integrations, data synchronization, and enterprise system connectivity.
-Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
-Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
-Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer.
-Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
-Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
-Experience with multi-business-unit Marketing Cloud implementations.
