Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Lead to oversee quality assurance efforts across our Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing frameworks and tools, and will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our loyalty management solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platforms.
-Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, WebDriverIO, or similar.
-Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Provar, Apex testing, Salesforce DX).
-Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with QA automation.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management or similar customer engagement platforms.
