Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Robot Operator to join our team. In this role, you will directly contribute to the advancement of robotic artificial intelligence by collaborating with industry leaders and supporting essential data collection efforts. As a Telerobotics Operator, you’ll have a hands-on role in advancing general-purpose robotics, helping to teach robots new behaviors and skills while contributing to the development of AGI-level intelligence in real-world environments. You will be responsible for operating robots in diverse, dynamic settings, collecting critical data to improve AI systems, and refining robotic behaviors over time. Your work will involve testing real-world use cases, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring safe and reliable operation. By expanding the capabilities of foundational models, you’ll play a key role in enabling robots to perform increasingly complex tasks, adapt to new challenges, and operate effectively in unpredictable conditions.

Ensure that robotic systems operate successfully in customer use cases via teleoperation with a focus on data gathering and data generation.
Run robotic systems continuously throughout the day, identifying bugs and technical issues and generating collected data for ongoing improvements.
Operate teleoperation equipment as needed to guide the robot through specific behaviors.
Follow proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures, including setup and operation.

Required Skills & Experience

Robotics engineStrong sense of ownership in ensuring that general purpose robots function properly.
Teleoperation experience is a plus – Familiarity with operating remote-controlled fleets, drones, or robotic systems in manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial for ensuring efficient and precise control in dynamic environments.
Attention to detail – Precision and focus when operating robots to ensure accurate data collection, task execution, and system performance.ering experience
