Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Bilingual Outbound Customer Service Representative/ Member Experience Coordinator for one of our top telehealth and nutrition clients based out of San Francisco. The Member Experience Coordinator will be supporting the clients Registered Dietitians by reaching out to members after their initial appointment to assist them in scheduling follow-up visits. This role will be critical in helping members understand the value of the 12-week programs offered, and in turn, contribute to the continued growth of their company. Daily you will be responsible for conducting check-ins with members after their initial visit to ensure they had a positive experience, as well as effectively communicating the benefits of the 12-week programs to members. You will then help with scheduling follow-up visits with their Registered Dietitian, ensuring that our members are receiving the support they need to succeed. Lastly, addressing any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalating any issues to the Support Team lead as needed. This rep will be cross-trained so they may use an automatic dialer for new campaigns at times but primary focus will be on the outbound dial pad making follow-up calls! The candidate will sit remote but must be comfortable working 8:30AM-5PM PST Monday-Friday!

Required Skills & Experience

All candidates must have reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 OR the MacOS 12.7.4 or higher

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in an outbound customer service, outbound sales, or high-volume outbound scheduling role

Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 100+ calls a day without getting burned out

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse
backgrounds

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities

Ability to work independently and efficiently from home

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficient in Google Suite applications

Previous experience working in healthcare or a strong passion for health and wellness
