Role Description
This position is for a full-time Litigation Attorney. Experience in Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, and Habitability lawsuits is a plus. The position can be in either Northern or Southern California. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. Work from home anywhere in CA or in one of our offices is acceptable. Required Skills & Experience

- 2-10+ years of experience as an attorney
- Experience within insurance defense
- Law and trial preparation skills
- Experience in court proceedings and depositions
- Ability to handle motions and trials effectively
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal procedures and regulations
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership in California

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, and Habitability lawsuits
