Job Description
The Mid‑Market Account Manager manages more complex accounts with higher expectations around industry knowledge, compliance awareness, and stakeholder management. This role requires deep familiarity with financial services clients and the ability to navigate regulated environments while still owning renewals, adoption, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead first 60 days of onboarding for mid‑market clients, including:
- More complex implementations and integrations
- Customized templates and workflows
Own renewals 90–120 days in advance, conducting:
- Strategic account health checks
- Feature education and adoption planning
Identify and close upsell opportunities, including:
- Additional licenses
- Product tier upgrades
Serve as the primary escalation point for product or account issues throughout the year-long account cycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- SaaS account management experience in financial services
- Prior experience working with financial advisors, RIAs or broker‑dealers, and compliance‑driven environments
- Strong technical aptitude to handle AI prompt writing, troubleshooting integrations and workflows
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
