Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Workplace Strategy & Operations Project Manager to support a large-scale workplace transformation initiative focused on enhancing employee, executive, and guest experiences across global office locations.
This individual will partner closely with Workplace Experience, Corporate Security, IT/AV, Administrative teams, and Executive stakeholders to assess current workplace processes, identify operational gaps, and develop a comprehensive Workplace Experience Playbook. The consultant will lead stakeholder discovery sessions, create cross-functional journey maps, establish governance frameworks, and document standard operating procedures that enable consistent workplace operations across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in workplace operations, hospitality, employee experience, corporate real estate, or facilities programs and has experience driving process improvements across highly matrixed environments. This person must be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, developing training materials, and translating complex operational requirements into scalable solutions.
A key focus of this engagement will be preparing a flagship San Francisco office for launch by creating operational standards, enabling stakeholders, validating processes through pilot testing, and ensuring teams are fully prepared to deliver a hospitality-driven workplace experience. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented program leader who can balance strategy, documentation, stakeholder management, and execution.

Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Workplace Operations, Corporate Real Estate, Hospitality Operations, Employee Experience, Facilities, or Program Management
*Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Workplace, Security, IT, AV, Executive Support, Event Planning, and Business stakeholders
*Experience creating operational playbooks, SOPs, governance models, and scalable workplace processes from discovery through implementation
*Strong background conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and process discovery sessions
*Experience developing journey maps, service blueprints, employee experience workflows, or operational process documentation
*Demonstrated change management and stakeholder enablement experience, including training and adoption efforts
*Experience driving complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
*Exceptional written communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
*Experience supporting office launches, workplace transformations, relocations, or operational readiness initiatives
*Background in hospitality operations, customer experience, or service design
*Experience with room booking, desk reservation, visitor management, event management, or calendar platforms
Experience within a global technology or SaaS organization
*Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Workplace Experience team experience
