This candidate will work closely with AMER-based business stakeholders (Director level and above) to gather in-depth requirements, translate them into clear and actionable user stories, and drive product development through geographically distributed engineering teams.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment with Salesforce Platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud preferred)
· Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Aha!, Confluence, or equivalent. (GUS is preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior-level business partners.
Project experience in sales or customer success in the technology industry
· Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect-level certs are a strong plus).
· Experience in operational excellence and incident management processes.
Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce platforms
$10/hr to $12/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
