Job Description

Drive end-to-end project execution for technical initiatives supporting retail marketing partnerships.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Partner with marketing and retail stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
Track KPIs and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industries.
Proven success managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and system integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with marketing teams or on partnership-driven initiatives is a plus.
