Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations:
- Manage day-to-day office logistics including deliveries, supplies, snacks, and equipment
- Coordinate daily lunch orders and maintain overall office organization
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operational
People Operations Support:
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions and general support
- Provide light support during hiring ramp (approximately 10 new hires expected)
- Assist with benefits-related processes during enrollment periods
Coordination & Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal logistics
- Support office build-out efforts, including working with vendors (e.g., interior designers)
- Assist with team reservations, scheduling, and general administrative needs
Events & External Coordination
- Support logistics for team events, recruiting events, and client visits
- Coordinate with external event vendors as needed
- Assist with guest logistics and office readiness
Pay: $20-$25/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Reliable and able to operate with minimal direction
- Ability to be onsite regularly (4 days/week)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in office management, operations, or administrative support
- Exposure to HR or People Operations functions
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with Mac/Apple environments
