Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst 4 to support UCSF’s Supply Chain Management and Financial Systems initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in business process analysis, ERP systems, and cross-functional project leadership. You will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to drive strategic system enhancements and ensure operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in higher education or public sector environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement/financial workflows.
• Advanced skills in SQL, data analysis, and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
