Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Admin to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our upcoming office move and then managing day-to-day operations in our new space. The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible startup environment, balancing administrative responsibilities with people-focused tasks to keep our team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
•Office Move & Setup
-Coordinate logistics for the upcoming office relocation.
-Manage vendors, movers, and contractors to ensure a seamless transition.
-Set up and maintain the new office space to create a productive and welcoming environment.

•Office Management
-Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and facilities.
-Serve as the point of contact for office-related needs and issues.
-Implement systems to keep the office organized and efficient.

•Administrative Support
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate company events.
-Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed.

•HR & People Operations
-Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
-Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
-Run background checks and support other HR-related processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in office management, administration, or operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with calendar management and HR-related duties (onboarding, interviews, background checks) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities may shift quickly.
• Proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude.
