Job Description
· Create, track and status project plans to include milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets and cross-functional dependencies
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with partnership across Engineering, QE, Product Management
· Ability to drive the project forward- simplifying the complex
· Successful track record leading multiple projects from inception to execution
· Manage risks, cross dependencies, project budgets
· Capture, publish and follow-up on meeting notes, action items and other inter-team communications
· Work with both IT and Business program owners to identify accurate resource estimates

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of Project Management experience, focusing on execution of Digital projects. (This could include OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, Front End projects)
· Experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting
· A proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge context.
· Metric driven team management using Agile methodologies
· Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
· Significant experience managing budgets
· PMP/CSM a plus
